Over time, we started using our Original Organic Kanne Bread Drink® as the basis for a variety of speciality products such as our Organic Kanne Bread Drink Mustard, which is made with Organic Kanne Bread Drink instead of the usual vinegar. The end result is a delicious, stone-ground mustard that is the ideal match for sausage and roast and can serve as a stock for sauces and dips.
A delicious complement to this product is our Organic Kanne Bread Drink Honey Mustard. A scrumptious match with fish and meat and an ideal stock for sauces and dips.
We reformulated the recipe of our vegetarian spread. This product is now both organic and vegan as it is made with Kanne Enzyme-Fermented Grain, Organic Kanne Bread Drink, linseed oil and various herbs - savoury with a kick of spiciness.
After harvesting our organic sugar beets, we process them further right after they come off the field to make our Organic Kanne sugar beet syrup without any additives before we fill the final product into jars. Yummy! Great as a spread and for sweetening a large variety of dishes.

Wilhelm Kanne Sr. was always aware of how beneficial good-quality oil is to our health and diet. Convinced of the advantageous properties of good oil, he purchased an oil mill. Ever since that time, Kanne Bread Drink has been producing cold-pressed organic virgin linseed. Thanks to its high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids, linseed oil is an excellent base for healthy dressings and sauces.
