Oat flakes with dried fruits

For one person:

50 g dried fruits (e.g. apricots, figs, dates, apples)
5 tablespoons oat flakes
2 teaspoon can of Bio Enzyme Fermenting Grain®
0,1 l buttermilk
1 tsp almonds
0,2 l original Organic Kanne Bread Drink®

Cut the dried fruits into small pieces and mix it with the oat flakes and the pot of Bio Enzyme Ferment Grain®. Pour the buttermilk over it, sprinkle with chopped almonds and leave to stand for a short time. Serve with a glass of Organic Kanne Bread Drink®.
